Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from VG Boots. If you are not satisfied, we
offer the following refund and return policy:

1. Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition for returns. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Process: To request a return, contact our customer service team at support@vgboots.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Items that are worn or damaged, or that do not meet the above return criteria, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.

5. Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
